Our NY/NJ style bagels are kettle boiled & baked throughout the day right in our shop, giving them their signature flavor, texture and taste, and a freshness that you won't find anywhere else.
Bagels
Rolleyholers bagels are made fresh daily using the traditional boil & bake method used in the better NY and NJ bagel shops. Tender, yet chewy with just the right amount of pull, a deep amber color and unmistakable bagel sheen.
Our team kettle boils and bake throughout each day to ensure that what your bagel is the freshest Rolleyholers can offer.
Pretzels
The first cousin to the bagel, Rolleyholers soft pretzels boast a soft chewy crust with a tender crumb that rival only those from Center City, Philadelphia. Our soft pretzels are made to order, ensuring that they are hot and perfect every time.
Breads
Without additives, preservatives, or fillers, Rolleyholers breads are an all natural alternative to mass produced grocery bread. We slice it on request to ensure maximum freshness. We provide your basic sliced “daily bread” loaves, with specialties like challah, brioche, focaccia and anadama during holidays or by request.
Crumbcake
A soft cake and just enough cinnamon streusel topping pays tribute to the countless German bakeries of NYC and NJ. Rolleyholers crumbcake is a fan favorite and is baked fresh daily. Makes a great gift.
